Project Manager


Description:

Livingston Energy Group, LLC is a clean energy company, primarily working in electric vehicle charging station installation, based out of Schenectady, NY. Livingston Energy Group prides itself on evolution, working to bring new innovations in clean and intelligent transportation and energy technology to market with affordable solutions through offering Livingston Charge Port electric vehicle charging stations and software, commercial facility efficiency upgrades, and funding services.

Role:

The role of the Project Manager consists of planning, coordinating, and assisting with electric vehicle charging station installation projects. You will work with internal business developers, account managers, and industry partners to develop project proposals, aid in handling New York State incentives and rebates per project, match available products and services with appropriate clients, and provide technical expertise during new business acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments to assess needs per project, and help lead process improvement
  • Create professional and presentable site maps and renderings for each installation project as needed
  • Assist Project Funding Specialist in handling incentives, rebates, and funding for each individual project
  • Work with installers, site owners, utility companies, and NYS agencies to complete project closeout documentation

Project Manager (Internship)

Role:

Project Manager Interns will collaborate with Project Managers and support planning, coordinating, and assisting with electric vehicle charging station installation projects. You will work with internal business developers, account managers, and industry partners to develop project proposals, aid in handling New York State incentives and rebates per project, match available products and services with appropriate clients, and provide technical expertise during new business acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments to assess needs per project, and help lead process improvement
  • Create professional and presentable site maps and renderings for each installation project as needed
  • Assist Project Funding Specialist in handling incentives, rebates, and funding for each individual project
  • Work with installers, site owners, utility companies, and NYS agencies to complete project closeout documentation

We are seeking eager Field Technicians who can support our rapid deployment of electric vehicle charging stations and offer technical support to customers utilizing our services. You become a valuable member of a tightly knit team that handles on-site end-user support, programming, maintenance, and repairs to EVSE charging equipment at all locations within the assigned work region. Role: Who you are in this position is an active problem-solver with a passion for making things work. You will act as a remote technician supporting our field equipment. During the new stations' activation, you will assist installation by company, partner, or client teams. Provide administrative, technical, and network troubleshooting and resolution to station owners and remote support to field technicians by assessing needs and proposing solutions to enable resolution. Providing support services includes using remote communications systems and project management software. Requirements:
  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology effectively.
